* Bulk rates are applicable only on minimum order quantities as specified for each product.
* Prices are exclusive of taxes and packing charges.
* Wax, fragrance, jar, and packaging prices may vary depending on market fluctuations.
* Final quotation will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
* 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
* Balance 50% to be paid before dispatch of goods.
* Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any approved mode.
* 7–15 working days, depending on quantity and customization.
•Urgent orders may incur an express charge.
•Colour, fragrance, label design, and packaging can be customized as per client requirements.
* Once approved, customized designs cannot be changed or cancelled.
* Packing charges are extra and depend on the size and quantity of the order.
* Delivery charges are applicable as per location and courier service.
* Since all products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, fragrance, or finish are natural.
* Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of damaged goods during transit (with proper proof).
* Orders will be processed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation of order details.
* Candle prices are subject to change if wax or raw material costs fluctuate.
* All products are handmade and require sufficient curing time for best fragrance performance.
* Bulk discounts are applicable only on full payment and confirmed quantity.
* No cancellation or refund once the production process has started.
